How to place an order with Flames 'N Games

Placing an order with us is quick, easy and safe!

Ordering through the website!

When submitting an order through our website you will be taken directly through to our checkout system. You will then be asked to provide cardholders and delivery details. Once this has been done you will then be asked to select a payment method by using ether Sage Pay or PayPal . Sage Pay which is used by thousands of online shoppers daily is 100% safe and secure and accepts most major Debit & Credit cards!

Alternatively if you have a PayPal account you can use it to complete your order safely through PayPal.

When sending a payment we would have any access to your credit card details what so ever!

The only details we receive are the delivery details of which when you submit your order you are granting us the permission to use these for the purpose of order processing, dispatch.

To order over the phone please call the office on 01273 567038 (from within the UK) and on 0044 1273 567038 (for outside the UK).

Opening hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday ( and some Saturdays ).

Paying by cheque!

If you do not own a Credit or Debit card you can also pay by cheque, this should be made payable to " Flames 'N Games ". Only cheques from UK banks can be accepted!

To pay by cheque, follow the online ordering procedure so our system can work out the shipping cost, then send a cheque for the total amount to:

Before sending your cheque please make sure you include your name, delivery address, telephone number and details of what you wish to order (including colour / size etc.. ).

Paying by Bank Transfer!

To send us a payment through a bank transfer just give us a call or send us an email and tell us what you would like to order and where you want it sent.

We will then get back to you with further details as to how to complete your order.
