Each sock has a slit in the side allowing you to insert any kind of ball ( Max 130mm in Diameter ) into the end for weight and then you can start spinning!

Tip! Put in a Glowing LED Ball and play in the dark!

Also, you can place smaller weights into the top narrow end through this same slit for a better hold.

These poi are great for air wraps, stalls , barrel rolls, contact, hyperloops and many more!
